What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Leasing Assistant position at Lincoln Realty Company?
Lincoln Realty Company is seeking customer service focused individual to greet customers, answer telephone, and and manage the high volume of walk-in traffic. Job tasks include answering the telephone and directing them to the correct department, organizing keys and checking them out to prospective tenants, following up with leads via email & telephone, taking detailed messages, and other administrative tasks. Applicant must have a minimum 5 years customer service experience, 5 years reception experience, and real estate office experience is a plus!
- Welcomes prospective clients/customers by greeting them in person, on the telephone, or email; answering or referring inquiries.
- Assist prospective customers with finding suitable properties, hand out keys, and obtain feedback.
- Gather and organize contact information from prospective customers in order to follow up with available properties.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist
- Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills, including managing appointments, filing, and data entry
- Excellent Communication and active listening abilities
- Outstanding Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Professional demeanor with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
