Essential Requirements
- Five years of hands-on building management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite-(Outlook, Excel, Word) and Yardi Voyager.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: budget development, the preparation of common areas, maintenance reconciliations, willingness to understand building systems, perform AR and AP functions, and interact with vendors and tenants.
- Actively engaged in updating and maintaining a variety of spreadsheets, contributing to data accuracy.

- · Highly organized, self-starter, and must be able to meet demanding deadlines
