Maintenance Technician
Location: Denver, Lowry Neighborhood

Position Summary:
Lincoln Professional, a division of Lincoln Group specializing in top-tier talent solutions, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a premier residential community in Denver area. This position plays a key role in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and aesthetic standards of the property by performing maintenance, repairs, and preventive service across a range of systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities.
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant and building work orders within 24 hours and document work performed
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including filter changes, thermostat verification, and condensation management
- Perform preventative maintenance on appliances and systems per schedule
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems: sockets, switches, breakers, and lighting
- Unclog drains, repair leaks, and perform basic plumbing fixture replacements
- Conduct basic carpentry, drywall patching, and painting as needed
- Re-key, hang, or replace doors, and repair thresholds and flooring transitions
- Prepare vacant units for new tenants (“make-ready” process)
- Assist in maintaining property aesthetics, including landscaping and pool maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance office and manage tool/supply inventory
- Adhere to safety protocols and participate in ongoing hazard communication programs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1–3 years of residential or facility maintenance experience
- HVAC knowledge and hands-on experience required
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required (or obtain within 90 days)
- Pool Certification required (or obtain within 90 days)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must provide and maintain basic tools for the role
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
