The Patient Access Representative Will

• Ensure an exceptional patient experience through high-quality
  
  

customer service and seamless access to hospital and clinical

services.

• Perfomr key responsibilities include scheduling, insurance
  
  

verification, obtaining and verifying authorizations,

pre-registration, collecting patient financial responsibility, and

registration.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures
  
  

to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Proactively improve the patient experience while minimizing
  
  

financial risk.

• Demonstrate a commitment to Springfield Hospitals values while
  
  

actively contributing to its mission and vision.
