- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and techniques.

Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Kansas.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in home health care settings is a plus.

Works indoors in Agency office and in patient homes and travels to/from patient homes.

Supervised by the Therapy Program Manager and Administrator.

Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to work for extended periods of time while standing and performing physical activity.
2. Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
Salary : $65 - $140
