- Maintain accurate medical terminology records, ensuring all documentation aligns with clinical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients in their home setting.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or training in physiotherapy or related fields such as orthopedics, geriatrics, or outpatient clinics is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
- Skilled in patient care techniques with a focus on elderly; familiarity with inpatient and outpatient settings preferred.
- Experience with discharge planning, home health services, and acute care environments is advantageous.
