Immediately hiring for a Parts Counterperson at our Lincoln dealership in Doylestown, PA! The Parts Counterperson will assist internal customers and technicians with parts requests for our busy shop.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays.

What you'll do:
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
- Mirror match parts for the assistance of Technicians
- Cost parts on invoice
- Coordinate with Technicians and Service department to ensure that parts requests are met
- Stock incoming product and track inventory
- Handle some retail customers at our parts counter.
- Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk in
Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
- Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner
- Automotive knowledge will be a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Physical Requirements for Position: Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
