Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
- Engage with customers and help them select a vehicle that meets their needs.
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle performance on test drives
- Provide a completely satisfied customer buying experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied and encourage repeat and referral business
- Meet sales targets
- Prospect for new customers
- Stay current with the latest automotive trends
Qualifications - Sales Consultant:
- Energetic, and motivated to succeed, with good communication and customer service skills
- Good computer and social media skills
- A professional appearance and positive attitude
- Luxury auto sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
