Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys clinical leadership, hands-on resident care, and working in a collaborative environment focused on quality outcomes and regulatory excellence.
Position Overview
As an RN at Lincoln Meadows Care Center, you will supervise day-to-day nursing operations during your shift while ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality resident care. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight as needed
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Oversee medication administration and treatment services
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families on care planning
- Support staff development, mentoring, and shift leadership
- Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and safety initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the state
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred
- Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
