Position Summary
The Dual Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for operationalizing Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School’s vision of college readiness and success for high school students. This position ensures that students have access to meaningful college-level coursework and experiences through strong partnerships with local colleges and universities. The Coordinator manages all aspects of the dual enrollment (DE) and early college programs, including student selection, registration, course coordination, progress tracking, communication, and support services to help students successfully complete college coursework while in high school.

The Dual Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for operationalizing Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School’s vision of college readiness and success for high school students. This position ensures that students have access to meaningful college-level coursework and experiences through strong partnerships with local colleges and universities. The Coordinator manages all aspects of the dual enrollment (DE) and early college programs, including student selection, registration, course coordination, progress tracking, communication, and support services to help students successfully complete college coursework while in high school.
Key Responsibilities:Program Coordination & Operations
- Operationalize the vision of college access and success for high school students.
- Coordinate all early college and dual enrollment courses, including inperson, remote, online, and oncampus classes.
- Network with local colleges to secure and maintain class offerings for students.
- Research and develop new partnerships and opportunities for students to earn college credit.
- Oversee student registration, scheduling, and course logistics, ensuring timely communication with students, parents, and partner colleges.
- Review and manage all course syllabi and ensure alignment with school expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of student grades, credits, and coursework within PowerSchool.
- Create and maintain Google Classrooms to monitor progress and communicate updates.
- Produce midterm and endofterm grade reports for administrative review.
- Survey and track student interest in early college and dual enrollment opportunities.
- Develop individualized plans for new and continuing students, including those pursuing associate degrees.
- Provide academic and logistical support to ensure students have required materials, technology, and transportation.
- Maintain ongoing communication with professors, serving as the liaison between college faculty and students.
- Collaborate with DE lab teachers to support students in completing coursework.
- Provide interventions and problemsolving assistance for struggling students.
- Determine readiness of students to participate in dual enrollment based on established criteria.
- Assist students in exploring CLEP testing or other alternative ways to earn college credit.
- Maintain consistent communication with parents before, during, and after each course.
- Maintain daily office hours (34 per day) for dual enrollment support.
- Supervise students enrolled in sixweek summer courses.
- Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of books, materials, and technology.
- Review and verify all invoices from colleges to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with program policies, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Teaching experience preferred
- Experience in education, student services, or program coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency with PowerSchool, Google Workspace, and virtual learning platforms.
- Commitment to supporting firstgeneration and collegebound students.
Term: 12 months
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
