**Academic Technology Operations Specialist**

Academic Technology Operations Specialist. In this role, you\'ll provide
technical administration and operational support for our Learning
Management System (LMS) and other instructional technologiesensuring
smooth, optimized performance that aligns with our educational goals.

with an excellent benefits package. The person hired into this position
will be placed within this range based on education, training,
experience, and skills.\

- Required Qualifications**\
- Bachelor\'s degree in Instructional Technology or related field
making significant progress towards a bachelor\'s degree in the
field and possesses relevant work experience.\
- 1-2 years\' experience working in instructional technology or
- Experience providing technical systems diagnostics and support
- Knowledge and experience administering an online learning management
- Knowledge of computer networking and internet-related technologies
- Strong technical skills and experience with academic technology
\
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal
background check.\
\
- Preferred Qualifications**\
- Experience working in a team-based project development environment
- Experience working in higher education preferred.\
- Experience administering a Canvas learning management system
