Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Troy, OH.
· Partner with an established advisor to service, retain, and grow an existing book of business.
· Meet with clients to assess their financial goals, develop personalized financial plans, and recommend suitable investment and retirement strategies.
· Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful planning, and consistent follow-through.
· Support client meetings, financial planning discussions, and ongoing relationship management.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests, operational needs, and practice priorities are handled efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial services role.
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a book of business.
- Strong background in retirement planning, wealth management, financial planning, or estate planning.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple client relationships, and contribute to local business development efforts.
