Description: General duties shall assist in maintenance performance by focusing on general maintenance tasks and minor repairs. Must be familiar with general building operations and maintenance procedures of the building and grounds and maintain good communication with the custodians and Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of school facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors. This position involves a combination of manual labor, technical skills, and teamwork.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training is a plus.
- 2 years experience in facility maintenance, custodial work, or related field.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and carpentry systems.
- Must be comfortable working on ladders.
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
Terms: Part Time - 4 hours daily (flexible)
Salary: $20.49/hr
