Quench Operator

Position Overview:
Lincoln Industrial is seeking a Quench Operator responsible for performing quenching processes to achieve required hardness and metallurgical properties. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity and consistency in a production setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate quenching equipment and monitor cooling processes
- Transfer heated materials safely into quench tanks
- Monitor oil/water levels, temperatures, and system performance
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
- Document process data and production results
- Follow all safety standards, particularly when handling hot materials
- Support general production and facility needs as required
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or heat treatment experience preferred
- Ability to work around high temperatures and industrial equipment
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
