Executive Director of a non-profit public housing agency with funding from HUD which includes a 501( c)(3) development corporation. This leadership role reports to a governing Board of Commissioners, is responsible for the administration of agency daily operations and directs a staff currently of eight employees. The Director works to assist eligible low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled to provide safe, affordable housing within the community, while assuring compliance with state, frderal and local regulations including guidelines from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
