Lincoln Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital and proud member of MaineHealth, is seeking a per diem Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) physician to join our experienced and collaborative team. You will join an established practice, working alongside FM/OB physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives.
Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive OB/GYN Care: Deliver full-spectrum OB/GYN services, including outpatient reproductive health, labor and delivery, and major gynecologic surgeries including minimally invasive hysterectomies.
- Inpatient Collaboration: Consult with advanced practice providers (APPs) in inpatient settings to ensure quality care.
- Emergency Response: Provide timely response for labor, delivery, and gynecologic emergencies.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Education/Training:
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialty, or equivalent.
Two years’ experience providing full-scope OB/GYN care preferred; however, recent graduates with strong residency training will be considered.
- Licenses/Certifications:
Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and privileges at designated hospital locations.
