For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $3,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Environmental Service Technicians!
- Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time Environmental Service Technician position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
- Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
The schedule for this position is M-W-F 8:00a-4:30p
This position is 24 hours per week, day shifts in the Watson Health Center on the Lincoln Hospital Campus. This person is a highly-valued and visible resource in a building that is home to multiple medical practices. The ability to work independently and be comfortable interacting with a variety of people throughout each shift is a must. The EVS Team Member provides cleaning services throughout the building and responds to requests from staff, as needed. There is a 2nd shift team that provides additional cleaning services every weeknight.
Summary: This position consists of 24 hours per week, day shifts.
The Environmental Services Team Member role performs a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas to ensure standards of cleanliness and safety.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
