Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and periodontal assessments.
- Educate patients on proper oral health and hygiene practices.
- Take and review X-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with dentists and support staff to plan and execute patient care.
- Uphold sterilization and safety protocols according to state law and ADA standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State RDH license.
- Prefer 2 years experience, but motivated new graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome.
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered professionalism.
- Familiarity with dental software (We use Patterson Imaging and Softdent, but can train).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in patient care.
