What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Digital Portfolio Mgt position at Lincoln Financial Group?
What you'll be doing
- Directing the IT Enterprise Annual Planning process, leveraging financial acumen and process utilization skills to ensure quality outputs in the planning process.
- Providing leadership to work planner team, leveraging knowledge of processes and technology (, Planview, JIRA, Tableau, etc.).
- Owning responsibility for the process aligning capacity across Domains, Value Streams and work efforts.
- Leading the analysis of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to determine priorities and drive results.
- Partnering with business leaders on implementation of capacity and value realization structure.
- Coaching and training internal stakeholders ( Product Managers, Product Owners and adoption leads) on practices and tool sets.
- Producing complex outputs related to cost-benefit analysis, business outcomes, key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, and risks.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships across business and IT departments to educate and improve quality of IT Portfolio measures.
- Facilitating discussions across user groups to address portfolio topics such as : Business targets, value realization and timing, escalate appropriate dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to identify behaviors that drive adoption of new processes.
- Providing training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and giving honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
- Directing and evaluating individual / team performance and taking appropriate action to meet and / or exceed performance standards.
- Establishing and implementing priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure group results.
- Directing and providing leadership to continually improve the capability and results.
- Ensuring that top talent is hired and retained.
- Building organizational capability.

The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
