May perform any or all of the following:
- Maintain stock of material in a safe, orderly, and accessible manner.
- Order picking,
- Fill, deliver, pick-up, or wash yellow bins.
- Utilizing handheld RF scan guns to perform required transactions in SAP.
- Maintain proper stock rotation of and housekeeping requirements.
- Maintain proper identification of parts or product.
- Rotating shifts as required.
- Participate in physical inventories.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
- Must understand the Company Quality Policy and how it relates to this job.
- Must be knowledgeable of quality procedures used in the Department and how they relate to the needs of our customers.
- Must adhere to various procedures, specifications and must ensure compliance with these standards.
- High School Diploma or GED (absent a degree or GED, employee must be able to read and take direction).
- Self-motivated, safety and quality conscious.
- Ability to work well with others and follow directions.
- Ability to bend and lift objects out of various containers.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
- Maximum weight lifted - infrequent basis 100 lbs.
- Maximum weight lifted - frequent basis 50 lbs.
- RF Scan gun or computer.
- Electric Cart.
- Scales - weigh counts.
- Pallet Jack.
- Bin Washer.
- Understand the Company's EHS policy and how it relates to this job.
- Work in a safe manner and observe all company EHS and JHA procedures.
- Be aware of OSHA and EPA laws and regulations as well as the Company's Plant Rules and Regulations that pertain to this job.
- Follow safe equipment operating procedures and only operate equipment when guards.
