- Perform cut & etch on welded parts
- Shim weld tooling
- Understanding of blueprint/assembly print reading.
- Building and disassemble weld cells
- Basic Pneumatic skills
- Basic Machining
- MIG welding
- Adjusting sensors (advance and retract based on HMI )
- Touching up 1 to 2 Robots types
- Basic Robot programing
- Reading weld prints
- Willing to travel up to 40% of time to customer sites
- Maintain a skills inventory score indicative of a level I or higher technician
- Basic understanding of mechanical components (metric and standard fasteners, socket head cap screws, button head, hex head, flat head and dowel pins)
- Basic understanding of electrical components, basic use of a volt meter to check for AC voltage and DC voltage.
