As a Quality Assurance/Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting products to ensure conformance with customer specifications.
- Providing technical support to employees in areas such as production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement, or product development.
- Gathering, maintaining, formatting, compiling, and manipulating technical data using established procedures and performing detailed mathematical calculations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A high school diploma and 3 years of related experience (Machining or Inspection).
- Blueprint reading skills.
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) experience.
- The ability to use inspection equipment (CMM, calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Additional requirements include:
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office and Windows operating system.
- BASIC knowledge of Lean principles, 5S, quality assurance tools, procedures, measurement techniques.
