Role Qualifications
- Must be familiar with Company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives.
- Be aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of quality objectives.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and pneumatic schematics.
- Organize and maintain build areas, tools, and materials.
- Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
- Work effectively with team members and customers to support successful and on-time project completion.
- Collaborate with assemblers, engineers, management, and support teams.
- Ability to perform welding and fabrication tasks as required.
- Complete all required checklists and documentation that are project-specific and/or all forms of assigned training.
- Travel as needed to support equipment installations, service work, and customer projects.
Essential Skills And Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience or equivalent preferred
- Commitment to company values.
- Educational, training, and experience requirements may be modified at the Managements Team’s discretion.
- Able to perform and support diverse build and assembly functions to meet operational needs.
- Physical demands: While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk and hear. Be able to climb ladders; lift hand tools approx. 1-15 lbs in weight to complete machine assembly, parts up to 50 lbs. Repetition with activity.
