In this role, you will manage core accounts receivable, inventory reporting, and billing workflows while learning to handle general ledger adjustments and month-end tasks under the guidance of our senior staff. As part of a small team, you will also cross-train in front-office operations and phone support, providing growth potential within our company.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $52,000 – $62,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Core Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable: Process customer invoices, payments, credit memos, and refunds using Sage ERP.
- Collections & Account Maintenance: Manage customer accounts receivable, monitor aging reports, and maintain accurate payment records.
- Inventory Reporting: Reconcile finished goods inventory and prepare monthly inventory reports.
- Global Logistics: Prepare international invoices and required shipping and export documentation.
- Financial Development: Learn to perform general ledger adjustments and support month-end closing activities under senior staff guidance.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Front Office Support: Assist with answering the multi-line telephone system and providing courteous, professional assistance to callers during peak periods.
- Administrative Cross-Training: Provide occasional backup support for front office administrative tasks, customer service inquiries, and general office functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years of accounts receivable, billing, or general bookkeeping experience required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in accounting or business is a plus.
- Software: Experience with Sage ERP or similar accounting software is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Industry: Manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
