We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Accounting Coordinator to support both administrative and accounting functions. This role is designed for someone with some foundational experience or exposure to Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), or administrative work who is eager to learn and grow.
This position provides support across AR, AP, and general administrative responsibilities. The goal is to bring in someone who is organized, adaptable, and willing to develop their skills, while allowing us to evaluate strengths over time and align the role with the best long-term fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Perform routine clerical accounting duties in support of AR and AP functions
- Collect, sort, and distribute mail; scan AP and banking items; send outgoing mail as needed
- Make bank runs to deposit payments and retrieve documents
- Assist with data entry and tracking of payments, invoices, purchase orders, and statements
- Maintain accurate electronic and historical records, including document archiving in Office 365
- Assist with processing monthly billing statements
- Communicate with vendors and creditors regarding basic inquiries
- Compose and distribute team memos and meeting minutes
- Assist with organizing team meetings and events
- Provide support across accounting and administrative functions as needed
- Participate in training and development opportunities to build skills
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support team operations
- Some experience or exposure to accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative work preferred
- Experience with Epicor/EAGLE preferred
- Basic understanding of AR and/or AP is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the role
