What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Case Manager 2 position at Lincoln County?
The Lincoln County Behavioral Health team is looking to add a Case Manager 2 to their crew. This person will provide case management level services to clients involved in mental health treatment. This role is also responsible for providing care coordination, advocacy, and assistance in gaining further understanding of mental health disorders and symptom management skills for clients.
$26.41 - $35.49 per hour*

EDUCATION
Bachelors in behavioral science field.
Must meet minimal qualifications for a certification as a qualified mental health associate (QMHA) as per MHACBO. Must currently hold certification or obtain within 6 months of hire.
CERTIFICATION
Must complete Tier 1 online core competencies within 30 days from hire and Tier 2 trainings within 90 days from date of hire. Must complete an Assessment Matrix, demonstrating a combined 3 years of Education/Work Experience. Must have supervisor complete a competency assessment form. Must submit official transcripts (if using college education). Must have supervision hours primary source verified by MHACBO. Must provide copies of training certificates (If using CEUs)
Oregon Driver's License required within 30 days of appointment
Desirable Qualifications: Bilingual and/or bicultural competencies for the Latino population are preferred.
Knowledge of:
- Mental illness diagnosis, symptoms, treatment and service terminology and the ability to use said terminology appropriately.
Skill or ability to:
- Provide psychosocial skill development.
- Implement interventions prescribed on a treatment plan.
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA.
