Position Summary

We are looking to fill 2 vacancies, to provide supervision to clinicians and case managers,
who work in both the Adult and Child and Family programs, while carrying a smaller caseload of more complex cases.
$84,942 - $114,155 Annually (depending on experience and qualifications)

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
- Meet with assigned supervisees as assigned.
- Develop individualized learning objectives for supervisees to provide the structure and framework for learning how to apply knowledge, theory, and procedures to solve human problems.
- Discuss topics that integrate counseling/case management principles, theories, and best practices.
- Dispense feedback, give constructive criticism, and provide formative and summative evaluation to supervisees.
- Complete and submit supervision logs, according to program standards.
- Provide Program Manager with regular summaries of supervisee progress towards goals for performance evaluations.
Individual and Group Counseling:
- Provide professional, evidence based, therapeutic interventions (counseling plus care coordination) to an assigned caseload.
- Apply “the Golden Thread” principles in documenting services provide
- Complete services documentation, according to agency’s documentation policy.
- Meet agency established productivity standards.
Other program/division supportive activities:
- Attend and participate in assigned program, division, community meetings, providing reports and information back to the program staff as indicated or assigned.
- Complete program administrative tasks: documentation, training as approved by manager, review of supervisee documentation, and observation of supervisee work.

Lincoln County offers a comprehensive benefit package including vacation, holiday, and sick leave as well as medical, dental, vision which is paid at 90% by the County and 10% by the employee. Other fully paid benefits include life, AD&D, long-term disability insurance. Other optional insurances are available. A 401K retirement plan is also provided. The County's current contribution rate is 11%.
Regular and Trial Service employees working between 20 and 39 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for pro-rated employee benefits.
