Order and manage medications, supplies, and equipment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents' conditions and notify physicians/families of changes
Perform skilled nursing tasks: tube feedings, dressing changes, catheter care, suctioning, and more
Observe and support critically ill residents
Be a resident advocate and ensure their care aligns with their personalized care plan
Complete documentation thoroughly and on time

Current LPN license in good standing
Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and follow SNF regulations and best practices
A heart for geriatric care-our residents need compassion and consistency
