Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow efficiently
- Collect patient intake forms and update medical records accurately
- Assist with patient assessment by gathering relevant health information under supervision
- Provide information about treatments and procedures to patients in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Handle phone calls, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Support the clinical team with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in patient service or healthcare settings is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to perform intake procedures accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Willingness to learn about chiropractic care and related health topics
- Previous experience with patient assessment is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare certifications are advantageous
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 per week
