What you'll get to do here:
- Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure correct specs/templates are provided at the intake stage
- Confirm all files are properly prepared for print/pre-production making sure final designs match specs/templates match what was provided at the intake stage
- Act as main Point of Contact with external print vendors
- Ensure all print collaterals are delivered error-free and on time
- Route vendor’s proof to Art Director for final approval
- Provide status reports on production projects - what vendor is working on what project, what items are outstanding, etc.
- Manage deliveries / installations with vendors
- Distribute delivered print materials in our office or on campus
- Assist in separating printed SFTC merchandise for various departments
- Assist in identifying potential cost-saving print opportunities for the organization
- Assist in Identifying vendors to print collateral within budget and deadline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience running projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with time management, task prioritization, and identifying problems and work towards solutions
- Knowledge of Monday.com or similar PM software
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
