Position: Print Production Manager (Seasonal) ASAP – August 1

Department: Design

Rate: $60-70/hr

Hours: 29 hours/week (hybrid)

What you'll get to do here:

  • Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure correct specs/templates are provided at the intake stage
  • Confirm all files are properly prepared for print/pre-production making sure final designs match specs/templates match what was provided at the intake stage
  • Act as main Point of Contact with external print vendors
  • Ensure all print collaterals are delivered error-free and on time
  • Route vendor’s proof to Art Director for final approval
  • Provide status reports on production projects - what vendor is working on what project, what items are outstanding, etc.
  • Manage deliveries / installations with vendors
  • Distribute delivered print materials in our office or on campus
  • Assist in separating printed SFTC merchandise for various departments
  • Assist in identifying potential cost-saving print opportunities for the organization
  • Assist in Identifying vendors to print collateral within budget and deadline


You'll be a great fit if you bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience running projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with time management, task prioritization, and identifying problems and work towards solutions
  • Knowledge of Monday.com or similar PM software
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
