- Professional development workshops focused on career readiness

- A Conversation Series featuring leaders across Lincoln Center
- Access to special events that reflect Lincoln Center’s mission as the world’s leading performing arts center
- Support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns:
- Draft engaging and accurate email copy
- Collaborate with design team on email graphics
- Build campaigns using our email service provider
- Conduct testing to ensure quality, accuracy, and accessibility
- Assist with the creation of targeted CRM lists for email and paid media
- Conduct performance reporting on campaigns (email engagement, web traffic, conversions)
- Create presentations to summarize insights and learnings
- Research lifecycle and email marketing trends, and conduct competitive analysis
- Present findings and strategy recommendations to the marketing team
- A college student (undergraduate or graduate) with at least two years of coursework completed
- Living in or near New York City and available to work in person
- Able to commit to working 21 hours per week from February to May 2026
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized — this is key to success in the role
- A clear and confident communicator, both in writing and speaking
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Capable of working independently while also being a strong team player
- Experienced with data analysis and interpreting performance metrics is a plus
- Personally invested and passionate about the arts
