The Outsourcing Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic management of outsourced functions, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and high-quality delivery.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develops and implements strategies for outsourcing critical business functions, from concept to delivery
- Ensures compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- Oversees the outsourcing lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to closeout and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Conducts risk assessments, develops contingency plans, and ensures outsourced activities meet corporate SOPs, policies, and industry regulations
- Tracks and reports on outsourced project performance, identifies improvement opportunities, and recommends process optimizations
- Works with internal teams and external partners to align outsourcing initiatives with business goals
- Develops and manages outsourcing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Mentors staff, provides guidance, and fosters professional development
- Stays updated on outsourcing trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and applies them to improve operations
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in business, administration, finance, or a related field, Preferred
- In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience will be considered
- Master's Degree, Preferred
Work Experience
- 5--7 years in RCM outsourcing management, Required
- Demonstrated managment of offshore or outsourced vendor partners, Required
- workflow optimization, KPI development, and operational reporting, Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of payer behavior, denial management, AR recovery strategies, and
performance analytics, Required - Strong business acumen, project management expertise, vendor relationship management, and regulatory background
