What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Rep - Chart Note position at Lincare?
The Inside Sales Rep -- Chart Note Review increases revenue by responding to/initiating incoming and/or outgoing customer inquiries. This employee will need to be comfortable using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data. They will use appropriate technologies and follow processes in accordance with company standards to ensure patient and physician contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promotes products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company's products or services by adequately assessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining product/services benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
- Records customer information and maintains database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
- Ensures quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards
- Facilitates sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts
- Completes and ensures accurate validation of insurance benefits
- Provides customer follow-up as required
- Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results, tracking and reporting progress of sales results
- Processes Accept to Host in LITE
Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service
- Computer literacy
- Mast of the English language -- oral and written
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Inside sales experience
- Medical industry knowledge beneficial
- Must type at least 25-30 words per minute
Physical Demands:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
