Lincare is the nation’s leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment and clinical respiratory services. We are currently seeking Delivery Drivers to join our Sparks location. The Drivers compile ordered pharmaceuticals, supplies, home medical equipment, and oxygen, making accurate and timely deliveries of all items to patients' homes.

Available Shifts:
- Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must be available to work flexible hours and rotate on-call responsibilities
Compensation:
- Pay rate is $19.00 per hour Bonus opportunities
Tasks:
- Delivering medical equipment and supplies to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
- Instructing patients on the safe and appropriate use of medical equipment
- Following patient orientation checklists during delivery and training of new patients
- Conducting daily deliveries
- Adhering to assigned routes and time schedules
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Inspecting delivery vehicle and ensuring the safety of the loading and unloading process
- Establishing and maintaining outstanding relations with customers and internal team members
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to all FDA protocols
- Work on-call rotation as needed during evening and weekend hours to address any patient medical emergencies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Previous delivery and/or warehouse experience preferred
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Should have general working knowledge of technology and ability to use mobile devices such as a smart phone
- Must be available to work flexible hours and rotate on-call responsibilities to include weekends and holidays with notice
Physical Demands:
- Meets all physical requirements related to DOT and FMCSA regulations Required
- Lift an excess of 50lbs with mechanical or employee assistance
- Maneuver often in restricted spaces
- Perform the following physical actions:
- straight pulling
- pulling hand over hand
- reaching above the shoulder
- use of fingers/fine manipulation
- repeated bending
- Utilize both hands, legs, and eyes for operating vehicle
- Use depth perception
- lift up to 15lbs above the shoulder while loading and unloading

Pay: $19.00 per hour
