About the Role:


The Site Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a designated site within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, coordinating resources, and serving as the primary point of contact between site staff, management, and external stakeholders. The Site Coordinator ensures compliance with organizational policies, safety regulations, and project timelines, thereby contributing to the overall success of site operations. By managing logistics, facilitating communication, and resolving issues promptly, the Site Coordinator helps maintain a productive and positive work environment. Ultimately, this role is essential for driving operational excellence and supporting the achievement of organizational goals at the site level.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in site coordination, project coordination, or a related operational role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-site environment.

  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to the industry.

  • Proficiency with project management or site coordination software.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and supervise daily site operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.

  • Serve as the main liaison between site personnel, management, vendors, and clients to facilitate clear communication.

  • Monitor compliance with safety standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage site resources including equipment, materials, and personnel to optimize productivity.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports, documentation, and records related to site activities.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

  • Support training and onboarding of new site staff to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

  • Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts related to site operations.

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
