POSITION PURPOSE:
The Customer Service Technical Support Specialist serves as a key liaison between customers, Technical Service Representatives (TSRs), the Equipment Team, and internal service operations. This position will be responsible for quoting, scheduling, ERP and Service LINC activity, and project management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Parts quoting and ordering for TSRs
- Technical Service quoting
- Schedule reactive service calls and new project installations
- Obtain customer PO’s during initial communications
- Manage Technical Service calendar
- Service LINC administration to include:
- Enter service calls, SAP order numbers
- Send completed tickets for invoicing
- Follow up on tech review and repair tickets
- Maintain equipment records
- Scheduled Maintenance: maintain records and prepare quotes and agreements
- Equipment Team Support
- Manage installation activity on Equipment Project View
- Schedule kick-off calls
- Assist with rental, demo, leasing, and placement agreements
- Responsible for ISN compliance, order manuals
- Utilize SAP, LINC360, Service LINC, Power Bi, and internal shared drives
- Work with Technical Service Customer Service team to enter service calls
- Support quoting, ordering, and equipment installations as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years of customer service, technical support, service coordination, or project administration experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills required. Experience with scheduling and dispatching.
