We’re growing quickly and looking for a results-driven Account Executive who understands Construction Technology and wants to help mid-sized contractors adopt a smarter, more practical way to run projects.
Your Role
This is a hunter role focused on selling B2B SaaS into mid-market construction companies.
You will own the full sales cycle:
Prospecting → Discovery → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Close
You will succeed here if you:
- Have 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Have sold Construction Software, Project Management Software, ERP, or vertical SaaS
- Are comfortable selling into operational buyers (COO, VP Ops, PMs)
- Know how to run consultative, solution-based discovery
- Can build pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene (HubSpot preferred)
- Are confident discussing schedule, budget, and field workflows
What You’ll Do
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and close new business opportunities through outbound efforts and qualified inbound leads.
- Sales Execution: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, run product demos, and guide prospects through the buying process.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deal stages in our CRM.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver timely forecasts and insights to sales leadership.
- Market Awareness: Stay on top of competitive activity and market trends to position Linarc effectively.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What You Bring
- 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in construction tech
- Strong grasp of consultative, solution-based selling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience building and managing a sales pipeline from prospect to close
- Demonstrated consistency in meeting quota and generating deals
