Overview
Linaje Jewelry is looking for a motivated Bilingual Jewelry Associate / Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
Linaje Jewelry is an online and social commerce jewelry brand with a strong digital presence, including over 20,000 followers on Instagram and over 200,000 followers on TikTok. We sell through our website, linajejewelry.com, and are currently expanding our live-selling sales channels through TikTok Live and Whatnot Live.
This role is ideal for someone who loves jewelry, enjoys helping customers, understands social media, and is comfortable creating content or being involved in live-selling environments. The right candidate should be friendly, reliable, bilingual, organized, and excited to grow with a fast-moving jewelry brand.
Compensation starts at $18 per hour plus commission opportunities based on sales, marketing and performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with jewelry questions, sizing, pricing, product details, and recommendations
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Help create and post content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Take photos and videos of jewelry products for social media, website listings, and live sales
- Assist with TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce sales channels
- Help prepare products for TikTok Live and Whatnot Live selling events
- Organize, tag, clean, and prepare jewelry inventory
- Support live sales, product demonstrations, auctions, and promotional content
- Help track products used in live sales, online listings, and customer orders
- Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience online and in person
- Support general day-to-day jewelry, sales, and online business operations
Skills and Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Comfortable being on camera or helping create video content
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, sales, social media, or e-commerce
- Ability to stay organized and follow directions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales and content environment
- Willing to learn about jewelry products, pricing, styles, and customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in jewelry, retail, fashion, sales, or customer service
- Experience creating TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook content
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, or live selling
- Photography, video editing, or social media management experience is a plus
- Previous experience with live sales, auctions, or product demonstrations is a plus
Schedule
Part-time or full-time available. Schedule may vary based on business needs, live-selling events, content creation, and customer support.
Compensation
Pay depends on experience. Bonus or commission opportunities may be available based on sales and performance.
