Job Description
Linaje Jewelry is looking for a bilingual TikTok Live Sales Host to help grow our TikTok Shop live sales presence. Right now, our founder is going live 1–2 hours per day, and we are expanding to a more consistent live schedule. We are hiring one or two part-time hosts to cover additional live hours during the week.
This role is for someone who is confident on camera, high energy, comfortable selling live, and fluent in both English and Spanish. You should be able to engage viewers, answer questions, build trust, create urgency, and help convert live traffic into sales.
Schedule
- Part-time
- 20–30 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Flexible shifts based on live coverage needs
- We may hire one person or two people depending on availability and fit
Responsibilities
- Host TikTok Shop live sessions for Linaje Jewelry in English and Spanish
- Present and sell jewelry live on camera in an engaging, confident way
- Answer customer questions in real time about products, pricing, promotions, and ordering
- Build excitement and urgency to help drive conversions during live sessions
- Learn product knowledge and brand talking points quickly
- Work with the founder/team on scripts, promotions, featured products, and live strategy
- Track common questions, objections, and top-performing products
- Help improve live performance through better sales delivery, consistency, and audience engagement
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Comfortable being on camera for extended periods
- Strong communication and sales ability
- Outgoing, persuasive, and confident asking for the sale
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, beauty, ecommerce, or live selling
Preferred Experience
- TikTok Shop live selling
- Retail sales
- Commission-based sales
- Jewelry, fashion, beauty, or luxury product sales
- Car sales, phone sales, furniture sales, or other high-conversion sales roles
Compensation
- Hourly pay at the applicable minimum wage or higher
- Performance-based commission opportunity
- This role is designed for strong sales performers: employees are paid hourly for all hours worked, and top performers can earn additional commission based on live sales results
