Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Patient Engagement Manager to join our team in York, PA. This individual will play a key role in connecting patients to Lin Health’s care program by educating them, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective patients in a clinical setting to introduce Lin Health’s program
- Clearly explain program benefits, structure, and expectations
- Answer patient questions and address concerns with empathy and clarity
- Assess patient fit for the program based on provided criteria
- Guide patients through the enrollment process
- Collaborate with clinic staff and Lin Health team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and enrollments
Qualifications
- Background in healthcare preferred (e.g., nurse, physical therapist, medical assistant, health coach), but not required
- Background, education, or understanding of pain neuroscience preferred, but not required
- Experience in patient-facing roles, customer service, or healthcare settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing health-related topics with patients
- Ability to build trust quickly and maintain a patient-centered approach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations/tasks
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
