About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional Patient Engagement Manager to become the face of Lin Health within one of our partner specialty clinics.
You'll spend your day having meaningful conversations with patients who have been living with chronic pain—helping them understand their options, answering questions with empathy, easing concerns, and guiding them through their first steps into the Lin Health program.
You'll serve as a trusted extension of the clinic team, ensuring every eligible patient has the opportunity to learn about a treatment approach that could meaningfully improve their life.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people, remains calm under pressure, and can build trust within minutes.
What You'll Do
- Meet one-on-one with patients referred by their healthcare providers
- Educate patients about chronic pain recovery and the Lin Health program using clear, relatable language
- Answer questions with empathy, curiosity, and professionalism
- Help patients determine whether the program is a good fit
- Guide patients through enrollment and assist them with downloading and navigating the Lin Health app
- Ensure patients feel confident and supported before leaving the clinic
- Coordinate closely with physicians, APPs, nurses, and clinic staff
- Document patient interactions accurately
- Help identify opportunities to improve clinic workflows and patient engagement
- Occasionally support outreach efforts to strengthen relationships with clinic partners and help grow the program
Preferred Qualifications
We welcome applicants from many healthcare backgrounds.
Preferred experience includes:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
- Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Medical Assistant
- Health Coach
- Athletic Trainer
- Social Worker
- Other patient-facing healthcare experience
Additional qualifications include:
- Experience educating patients or clients
- Comfortable discussing health-related topics
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable using technology and mobile applications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Bonus qualifications (not required):
- A bachelor's degree or higher
- Spanish-speaking
- Experience with chronic pain, rehabilitation, behavioral health, or pain neuroscience
- Business development, provider outreach, or relationship management experience

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience.
