We are looking for motivated and dependable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will prepare fresh Mediterranean dishes, maintain food quality and consistency, follow recipes, and ensure every order is prepared accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with your teammates in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required. We provide paid training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Limra's recipes and quality standards.
- Follow portion sizes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Properly store, rotate, and label food products (FIFO).
- Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient preparation as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Maintain a clean kitchen and properly use kitchen equipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus tips, based on experience and performance.
