Position: Housekeeping Manager for Orlando Florida.
Are you a dynamic and experienced Housekeeping Service Manager ready for a new challenge in other cities or states? Join our growing team and lead our housekeeping operations to new heights!
- The candidate will be responsible for the operations in the area and for maintaining the high-quality standards of the company.
- We must ensure the delivery of services to our clients.
- You will also be responsible for the P&L so you should have some knowledge and experience in administration.
- Responsible for the health and satisfaction of the human group that must be trained, supported and developed.
- Responsible for local purchasing and contracting.
- You will be the focal point of the company in front of the client, responsible for the fulfillment of the obligations contracted and quality.
- Reports directly to the company's C-level on the financial and operational health of the services under its charge of correct decision-making.
- The position requires a strategic and experienced leader to drive operational excellence, optimize resource allocation, and foster a collaborative work environment that furthers department goals within a dynamic environment.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with some background in business management, with knowledge in the areas of human resources, operations, and administration.
Location: Orlando - Florida
Responsibilities:
- Follow our company methods, politics and procedures
- Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency are met.
- Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality control.
- Address guest concerns and resolve any housekeeping-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Visit and prospect for new customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Service Director Manager in a hotel, resort, or similar environment.
- Essential bilingual English - Spanish and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the team, customers and hotel guests.
- Be able to lead the service with little support from the company / Ability to work with little supervision
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and cleaning techniques.
- Valid driver's license and employment permit.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Living in Orlando - Florida or availability to move to this city.
