EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 1 year experience in gardening or related field; must have experience in self-propelled lawn mowers and powered landscape tools; must possess a valid California Class C driver's license

- Responsible for all yard maintenance at all Limoneira locations
- Responsible for minor sprinkler repair and maintenance
- Fertilizes and waters common area lawns as needed
- Responsible for proper use and care of material and tools used in the performance of tasks/duties
- Required to perform daily safety checks on all tools and equipment and report needed repairs to Foreman
- Must comply with all Safety and Food Safety rules and regulations
- Perform all other duties as directed by the Housing & Commercial Operations Manager or Limoneira Management
