Limo Miami is a luxury transportation provider serving South Florida’s leading hotels, corporate clients, private aviation partners, and premium events. We’re looking for an on-site Sales Manager who excels in relationship-building and can elevate our presence across the hospitality and corporate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Events Managers, Corporate Accounts, Private Aviation partners, and Hotels
- Conduct in-person visits, meetings, and presentations to key decision-makers
- Develop a strategic sales pipeline and actively pursue new partnership opportunities
- Strengthen existing partner relationships through consistent communication and on-site engagement
- Identify new revenue streams and create tailored solutions for each partner segment
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure flawless service delivery and partner satisfaction
- Manage CRM updates, track performance metrics, and report on sales progress
- Represent Limo Miami at industry events, networking opportunities, and hospitality gatherings
- Experienced within luxury hospitality, transportation, or a high-touch service environment
- Strong communicator with confidence engaging hotel executives, event directors, and corporate stakeholders
- A natural relationship builder with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Motivated, goal-driven, and proactive in pursuing new partnerships
- Organized and comfortable managing a dynamic, in-person sales role
- Familiarity with Miami’s hospitality, events, and private aviation landscape is a plus
- 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (hospitality or transportation preferred)
- Proven track record of generating new business and managing key accounts
- Strong network or familiarity with Miami hospitality, events, or private aviation industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with in-person outreach, hotel visits, and face-to-face sales activity
- Professional presence suited for luxury hospitality environments
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and CRM management habits
- Ability to work on-site, manage daily priorities independently, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to represent the brand with discretion, professionalism, and polished presentation
