Role OverviewWe are seeking a Marketing & PR Specialist to strengthen brand visibility, manage public relations, and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness, credibility, and demand. This role blends creative storytelling, media outreach, and data-driven marketing execution.
The ideal candidate understands how to position a premium brand, communicate consistently across channels, and build meaningful relationships with media, partners, and the community.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels
- Manage brand messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms
- Create and oversee content including press releases, website copy, social media posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Coordinate photo, video, and creative assets with internal teams or external vendors
- Track campaign performance and provide insights, reporting, and recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and industry partners
- Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and brand announcements
- Secure earned media placements, interviews, features, and brand mentions
- Monitor brand reputation and manage public perception
- Support crisis communication when necessary
- Support brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships
- Assist in planning and promoting events, launches, and activations
- Ensure all communications align with brand values and positioning
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, PR, communications, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with social media platforms and content strategy
- Basic understanding of analytics, KPIs, and reporting
- Experience in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or service-based industries
- Media relations experience with demonstrated placements
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing tools, or PR software
- Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking
