What You'll Do
- Help individuals develop daily living, communication, problem-solving, and recovery skills
- Support individuals in building relationships, accessing community resources, and navigating healthcare and employment opportunities
- Assist with medication management, physical health monitoring, and crisis intervention as needed
- Promote independence, self-determination, and personal growth through individualized support
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive for the company; some positions are available for individuals under 21
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Full-time positions typically include a combination of 1st & 2nd shift or 3rd shift; casual positions may offer a variety of shifts
- Full-time employees work every other weekend; casual employees must have weekend availability
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
