Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills to assess, diagnose, and treat patients' physical and emotional needs
- Foster a positive, supportive environment, promoting a sense of community among residents, families, and staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually enhance our services and outcomes
Requirements
- Must possess a current license as an LPN in the state of Maryland
- 6-12 months of previous clinical experience, with Long Term Care experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
