Content Manager (Part-Time, Remote – LATAM Preferred)

I’m looking for a Content Manager to help me build and run a simple, structured content system for my fitness brand (Limitless Theory).

This is not just a “posting” role.

I already have an editor, I need someone who can think, plan, and execute.

Part-time: ~10–12 hours/week

Role Description:

This is a part-time, remote role for a Social Media Content Manager. The Social Media Content Manager will be responsible for identifying and gathering niche specific marketing and brand building content. Day-to-day responsibilities include finding successful content and creating content ideas, delegating ideas to social media team properly, scheduling ideas into content calendar, posting across all social media platforms and managing analytics to optimize performance, and engaging with the online community.

Core Responsibilities:

• Come up with ~10 content ideas per month

(mix of videos I record repurposed content)

• Structure simple scripts for recorded content

(hook, body, CTA)

• Build and manage a 3–4 week content calendar
• Assign:

What the editor needs to edit

When content goes live

• Keep everything organized and on schedule
• Write captions for:

Instagram

Facebook

YouTube Shorts

TikTok

LinkedIn

• Post content across all platforms (using GHL)
• Manage Instagram stories (3–5x/week)
• Execute simple Email SMS campaigns through GHL (special occasions)

Qualifications:

• Experience with short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Ability to write clear, simple, engaging captions
• Strong organization and ability to manage deadlines
• Comfortable working with a structured system and workflow
• Able to think independently and make decisions without constant direction
• Good communication and responsive during the work week
• Experience with fitness or lifestyle content is a plus (not required)

Details:

• Part-time: ~ 10 hrs/week)
• ~ $500/month
• 30-day trial to start
• LATAM preferred (same time zone bi-lingual communication)
