What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual HR Truck Driver Recruiter position at Limitless Power Logistics Inc?
Limitless Power Logistics Inc. is seeking a proactive and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for CDL Class A drivers. This role works closely with operations and management to attract, hire, and retain qualified drivers in a fast-paced trucking environment.
No prior recruiting experience is required for candidates with CDL Class A truck driving experience. We are willing to train the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit CDL Class A drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone screenings and preliminary interviews
- Verify driver qualifications, including MVR and PSP, in compliance with DOT regulations
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment requirements
- Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives
- Assist with driver retention efforts, follow-ups, and engagement check-ins
- Provide general HR support and maintain accurate employee records
- Collaborate with management to meet staffing and workforce needs
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR within the trucking or transportation industry OR
- CDL Class A truck driving experience (recruiting experience not required — training provided)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is required
Experience
- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred, not required)
